The Window Mates® 5 Year Warranty

The warranty plan on the Window Mates® is designed to give You PEACE OF MIND in knowing that You will continue to receive the same superior cleaning results from Your Window Mates® in 5 years as You do on the day of Your purchase.  Your warranty will be effective immediately once You have completed the online Warranty Application form, ensuring You will get the most out of Your investment in Your Window Mates®.  Extended warranties are designed to give You confidence in knowing that You are buying a reliable product, such as the Window Mates®, for Your home. 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the below Terms and Conditions of the Window Mates®:-

We will restore/replace Window Mates® that are under warranty (warranty subject to application form lodgement and approval) in the rare event that they malfunction during Use.  To apply for Your free 5 year extended worldwide warranty, please fill out the online application form which requires You to accept the terms and conditions of use and confirms that You have viewed and understood the online demonstration instructions for the Use of the Window Mates®.

We will not be responsible or accountable for providing a refund/exchange on any product that has been misused, dropped, altered or tampered with or Used in any other manner than that demonstrated and described in the online demonstration.

NO LEMON GUARANTEE

In the extremely rare event of faulty Window Mates® being manufactured, We offer a NO LEMON GUARANTEE.  Following an approved warranty claim for faulty ‘lemon’ Window Mates®, We will replace the faulty unit with a product of comparable performance, not to exceed the original retail purchase price.

RETURN TO BASE POLICY

In order to qualify for replacement, You will be required to return the original product and original purchase receipts to Us. 

NON-REPAIRABLE PRODUCTS

If we determine that the product is not repairable, We may replace the product with a new or rebuilt product of like kind and quality.  At Our option, replacement parts will be new, rebuilt, or non-original manufacturer’s parts that perform to the factory specifications of the product.

All defective parts will become Our property.

Warranty does not cover damage caused to the Window Mates® through misuse or treatment.  Warranty does not apply to any problems caused through lack of following instructions for use.  You must follow the instructions for use provided with the Window Mates® (displayed on the back of Window Mates® packaging and detailed in the online demonstration.  You must maintain the status of the replaceable parts of the Window Mates® i.e. the rubber squeegee blades and sponges, and it is Your responsibility to replace these parts when necessary.  Any damage caused to a unit through negligence of replacement and/or unit misuse will not be covered by warranty.

This document sets for the entire Agreement between the Service Provider hereinafter referred to as We, Us and Our, and, the Purchaser as You and Your.  No representation, promise, or condition herein shall modify these terms. 

If You have any queries or wish to report a claim, please  contract your local distributor.

Our company reserves the right to change or modify these terms with no prior notice.
